The invention relates to a process for preparing a hybrid coacervate capsule by mixing a first polymer with particles to form particle/polymer complexes； interacting a second polymer with the particle/polymer complexes to form a mixture comprising hybrid complex coacervates which contain particulate inclusions； and adding a core material to the mixture so that the hybrid complex coacervates deposit as a coating layer around the core material. The capsules form another embodiment of the invention.L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une capsule de coacervat hybride en mélangeant un premier polymère à des particules pour former des complexes particules/polymère ； en faisant interagir un second polymère avec les complexes particules/polymère pour former un mélange comprenant des coacervats de complexe hybrides qui contiennent des inclusions particulaires ； et en ajoutant un matériau de noyau au mélange de sorte que les coacervats complexes hybrides se déposent en une couche de revêtement autour du matériau de noyau. Les capsules forment un autre mode de réalisation de l'invention.
