The present invention relates to the use of a dry film having a water activity of less than 0.6, for a cosmetic non-therapeutic topical treatment of the skin, which dry film comprises at least one polymer of natural origin, with less a mineral filler, at least one plasticizer and at least one surfactant. The dry film has moisturizing and anti sebum effectiveness when applied to the skin. The invention also relates to a non-therapeutic cosmetic treatment method of the skin. La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'un film sec présentant une activité de l'eau inférieure à 0,6, pour un traitement topique cosmétique non thérapeutique de la peau, lequel film sec comprend au moins un polymère d'origine naturelle, au moins une charge minérale, au moins un plastifiant et au moins un tensio-actif. Le film sec présente une efficacité hydratante et anti sébum lorsqu'il est appliqué sur la peau. L'invention a également pour objet un procédé de traitement cosmétique non thérapeutique de la peau.
