FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a bone implant and can be used in medicine. Disclosed is a method for producing a bone implant based on a sterile de-aggregated bone matrix, involving mechanical bone processing by milling taking into account the direction of bone osteon structures in a medium of cooled to 4 °C sterile solution, removing organic phase from bone workpiece, incubating demineralized bone matrix in sangviritrin solution for its immobilization with subsequent 2-step combined sterilization by ozone-oxygen mixture with ozone concentration of 6–8 mg/l, duration of 10–20 minutes in flow mode at the first stage and radiation irradiation with flow of fast electrons with value of absorbed dose of 11–15 kGy of tightly packed samples at the second stage. Cooling working fluid used is 0.9 % solution of sodium chloride, which is supplied to the zone of jet cutting during mechanical treatment of bone at rate of 3 l/min, organic bone is removed by 10 % sodium hypochlorite for 144 hours at 20 °C and implant / solution volume ratio equal to 1/100, with subsequent immobilization on the obtained mineral bone matrix sangviritrin by incubating the deorganized implant in 0.9 % sodium chloride solution with concentration of sangviritrin 0.05 % at temperature 37 °C for 72 hours.EFFECT: what is presented is a new method for producing a bone implant, which provides sterility of bone implants and absence of antigenic activity of the deorganized bone matrix, imparting antimicrobial properties to the implants, suitable for use in traumatology, orthopedics, purulent surgery, reconstructive surgery, for repair of mineralized connective tissue in infected wounds, tissue reproduction and bioprosthesis.1 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 exИзобретение относится к способу получения костного имплантата и может быть использовано в медицине.
