Damage to growth and development of farm produce by night lighting can be minimized by controlling an interworking range of streetlamps turned on at night and controlling a turn-on/turn-off time, and damage to farm produce due to invasion of a wild animal at night can be prevented.본 발명은 농경지 인근의 도로에 설치된 가로등의 제어장치에 있어서, 농경지 인근에 설치된 가로등의 제어장치에 있어서, 농경지 옆에 설치된 가로등 주변의 물체(사람, 차량, 동물) 움직임과 조도를 감지신호를 생성하는 감지부(6)와, 상기 감지부(6)의 감지신호에 따라 가로등의 점,소등을 관리하는 제어부(4)와, 상기 제어부(4)에 의한 가로등의 제어시 농작물의 재배시기, 농작물의 종류에 맞도록 가로등의 동작을 설정하는 스케줄관리부(8)와, 제어부(4)의 제어신호에 의해 점소등되는 발광부(10)와, 감지부(6)에 의해 농경지로의 야생동물 침입이 확인되면 경고음을 출력하는 알림부(12)와, 다수의 가로등을 연동제어하기 위해 가로등 간에 제어신호를 송수신하는 통신부(14)로 구성하여, 야간에 점등되는 가로등의 연동범위와 점소등 시간제어를 통해 야간조명이 농작물의 생육에 미치는 피해를 최소화할 수 있으며, 야간에 야생동물의 침입에 의한 농작물의 피해를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
