PURPOSE: A heat moxibustion device is provided to protecting a user from being burned, and to improve the safety and the stability of the heat moxibustion device. CONSTITUTION: A heat moxibustion device comprises the following: a head unit(10) in a pipe shape； a far-infrared radiation case(11) closely attached to the inner surface of the head unit； a heating body(12) generating heat by the electricity, installed inside the far-infrared radiation case； an impregnated pad(13) containing artemisia asiatica components, and covering the lower side of the far-infrared radiation case； a front side fixture penetrated by a center unit inserted to the lower side of a body unit； and a handle(20) formed on the upper side of the head unit.본 발명은 하부가 개방된 원적외선 방사 케이스 내부로 발열체가 구비된 헤드부의 상부로는 곡선형의 손잡이가 일체로 연결되고, 헤드부의 하부로는 쑥 성분이 함침된 함침패드가 구비되어 전면 고정체에 의해 노출된 상태로 고정된 온열 쑥뜸기를 구성함으로써, 사용자가 본 발명인 온열 쑥뜸기를 이용한 쑥뜸 시, 손잡이를 잡고 신체의 원하는 부위로 함침패드를 위치시킨 상태에서, 발열체가 함침패드를 가열시키면, 함침패드 내에 함침된 쑥 성분을 포함한 열과 연기가 훈증방식으로 접촉한 신체를 자극하여 쑥뜸효과를 가지면서, 적정온도의 열로 인해 화상의 위험이 없이 안정적으로 사용할 수 있고, 손잡이를 이용해 신체의 모든 국소부위로 위치시킬 수 있어 혼자서도 손쉽게 쑥뜸을 할 수 있으며, 연기나 재 및 악취 등의 부산물이 외부로 발생하지 않아 청결하게 쑥뜸을 뜨면서 신체의 각종 질환개선하고, 혈관의 흐름을 원활하게 하며, 신체 저항력을 향상시킨다.
