A portable device for treating hypothermia includes a pad unit, a body temperature sensor, and a control system. The pad unit includes a plurality of cooling modules, each of which cools a part of the human body and includes a thermoelectric element. The body temperature sensor comes in contact with the human body to measure body temperature.
