PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bean sprout separating device separating and removing ungrown bean sprouts and bent bean sprouts from harvested bean sprouts.SOLUTION: This bean sprout separating device is composed of a plurality of longitudinal bars 2 which extend to the travel direction of a conveyor, keeping an interval between the bars adjacent to each other and are arranged, and a bar conveyor 6 which has horizontal bars 5 whose ends are attached to 2 endless chains 11, which cross the longitudinal bars 2 at right angles and are moved to the length direction of the longitudinal bar 2. Furthermore, the device has a square division conveyor which forms square divisions at prescribed intervals and moves, a belt conveyor 15 which keeps a small interval with the square division conveyor on the lower side of the square division conveyor and travels, and an air supply opening 21 which sprays out air from a blower onto the square division conveyor.
