Disclosed are a pyrrole ring-containing proton pump inhibitor being hemifumarate, crystal form, intermediate and medical use thereof. In particular, the present invention relates to a pyrrole ring-containing proton pump inhibitor being a hemifumarate, a crystal form, an intermediate, and a preparing method and medical use thereof, i.e., 2-(3-((2-(2-fluorophenyl)-4-((methylamino)methyl)-1H-pyrrole-1-yl)sulfonyl)phenoxy)-N-methyl-acetamide hemifumarate as represented by formula (I), and a salt-forming method through 2-(3-((2-(2-fluorophenyl)-4-((methylamino)methyl)-1H-pyrrole-1-yl)sulfonyl)phenoxy)-N-methyl-acetamide and fumaric acid, and characterizes a crystal form of the hemifumarate. In the present invention, the hemifumarate and the crystal form thereof have better stability, exhibit superior biological activity and have good gastric acid inhibition.La présente invention concerne un inhibiteur de pompe à protons contenant un cycle pyrrole sous forme d'hémifumarate, sous forme cristalline, un intermédiaire et une utilisation médicale associée. En particulier, la présente invention concerne un inhibiteur de pompe à protons contenant un cycle pyrrole sous forme d'hémifumarate, sous forme cristalline, un intermédiaire, ainsi qu'un procédé de préparation et une utilisation médicale associée, c'est-à-dire, l'hémifumarate du 2-(3-((2-(2-fluorophényl)-4-((méthylamino)méthyl)-1H-pyrrole-1-yl)sulfonyl)phénoxy)-N-méthyl-acetamide tel que représenté par la formule (I), et un procédé de formation de sel par l'intermédiaire du 2-(3-((2-(2-fluorophényl)-4-((méthylamino)méthyl)-1H-pyrrole-1-yl)sulfonyl)phénoxy)-N-méthyl-acetamide et de l'acide fumarique, et qui caractérise une forme cristalline dudit hémifumarate. Dans la présente invention, l'hémifumarate et sa forme cristalline présentent une meilleure stabilité, présentent une meilleure activité biologique et permettent une bonne inhibition de l'acide gastrique.
