PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an electric current having a waveform combining a low frequency with a burst wave and a high frequency penetrate from the skin surface of a human body in the inside of muscle, and thereby perform effective slimming treatment.SOLUTION: A slimming instrument of the present invention is characterized by attaching a pair of electrodes or more on the skin of a human body and making an electric current flow, and thereby moving the muscle.
