PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pot gripper, which is remarkably reduced in weight so that a person can easily handle it with a simple structure, and can easily transfer only one layer of seedling pots from a seedling pot laminate, in which seedling pots are stacked, to a seedling tray while keeping the aligned state of the seedling pots.SOLUTION: The pot gripper includes: a seedling tray placed downward and a grip body 5 disposed on a portion having no side wall frame of the seedling tray with a pair of flexible and light holding plates 2 being biased in contact with the seedling pot side, the grip body including antislip members 3 installed on the side contacting the seedling pots of the holding plates. The grip body 5 is placed downward on the seedling tray and pressed onto the seedling pot laminate together with the seedling tray. Thereafter, seedling pots of one layer stored and held by the pot gripper are lifted up one set of the grip body 5, the seedling tray and the seedling pots, is placed in position so that the opening sides of the seedling pots are upside and the seedling tray storing the seedling pots is then separated from the grip body 5.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡単な構成で人が扱う際の重さが格段に小さく容易に、積層された育苗ポット積層体から、一層だけの育苗ポットをその配列状態のまま育苗トレイに収容するポットグリッパーを提供する。【解決手段】下向きに載せられる育苗トレイと、この育苗トレイの側壁枠のない部分に育苗ポット側へ可撓性のある軽くとも一対の保持板2が付勢されて接触するように配置され、前記保持板の育苗ポットに接触する側に設置された滑り止め部材3を備えたグリップ体5とを備え、育苗トレイにグリップ体5を下向きに載せ、グリップ体5と育苗トレイとを共に育苗ポット積層体に押し付けた後に、ポットグリッパーに収容保持された一層分の育苗ポットを持ち上げ、これらのグリップ体5、育苗トレイ、育苗ポットの1セットを、育苗ポットの開口側が上になるように適所に裁置し、その後、育苗ポットを収容した育苗トレイを、前記グリップ体5から分離する。【選択図】図1
