The present invention relates to a feed additive composition including sea-buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) leaves and stems as active ingredients to prevent meat rancidity. More specifically, the feed additive composition includes: 5-10 wt% of an A1 MRS lactic acid bacteria culture solution 30-50 wt% of water 5-15 wt% of black sugar and a mixture of the sea-buckthorn leaves and stems fermented at 35-45 °C for five to seven days for the remaining part. The feed additive composition is included in livestock feeds to prevent the rancidity of the meat occurring as the storage time elapses. The present invention also uses the A1 MRS lactic acid bacteria separated from ducks to ferment the sea-buckthorn leaves and stems to enhance the meat rancidity prevention performance.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 산자나무 잎 및/또는 줄기를 유효성분으로 포함하는 육류 산패 방지용 사료첨가제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 조성물 총 중량 대비 A1 MRS 유산균 배양액 5~10 중량%, 물 30~50 중량%, 흑설탕 5~15 중량% 및 잔량의 산자나무 잎 및/또는 줄기를 혼합하여 35~45℃에서 5~7일간 발효한 것을 포함하는 육류 산패 방지용 사료첨가제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 사료첨가제는 이를 가축 사료에 혼합하여 급여함으로써 저장기간 도과에 따른 육류의 산패를 방지할 수 있다. 나아가, 오리로부터 분리한 A1 MRS 유산균을 이용하여 산자나무 잎 및/또는 줄기를 발효시킴으로써 육류 산패 방지 효과를 보다 강화할 수 있다.
