PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter with a sensor and a manufacturing method of the same, in which a sensor can be installed extremely easily when an optical fiber sensor is passed inside a balloon or in adjacent to the balloon, detection by the sensor can be performed stably, and fitting workability is high.SOLUTION: A catheter 1 comprises an inner tube 3, an outer tube 6, and a balloon 7 provided between a tip of the outer tube 6 and a tip of the inner tube 3. An optical fiber 8 is bonded and arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the inner tube 3 inside a balloon lumen 5 of the catheter 1 along a longitudinal direction. A sensor 12 is provided at a tip of the optical fiber 8 while being covered with a tube-shaped protective case 10. A tip of the protective case 10 is inserted into a hole 16 of a tip rear end opening of a distal tip 15 arranged on a tip outer peripheral surface of the inner tube 3 so that the sensor 12 faces a tip opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 バルーンの内部又は該バルーンに隣接して光ファイバーセンサを通す際に、きわめて簡単にセンサの設置が可能で、センサによる検出も安定してでき、取り付け作業性の高いセンサ付きカテーテル及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 インナーチューブ3と、アウターチューブ6と、アウターチューブ6の先端部とインナーチューブ3の先端部間にわたり設けられたバルーン7とを具えたカテーテル1である。カテーテル1のバルーンルーメン5内のインナーチューブ3の外周面に光ファイバー8が長手方向に沿って接着して配置されている。光ファイバー8の先端部にセンサ12がチューブ状の保護ケース10で覆われて設けられている。保護ケース10の先端部はインナーチューブ3の先端外周面に配置された先端チップ15の先後端開口の孔部16に、センサ12が先端開口を臨むように挿着されている。【選択図】 図3
