PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing reel equipped with a magnetic sealing mechanism which surely maintains sealing effect to a one-way clutch and easy in assembly and maintenance.SOLUTION: A one-way clutch built in a fishing reel includes: a frame body 21 in which a recession 21a for inserting a pinion 5 therethrough is formed; an outer ring 23 fixed to the inner surface of a circumferential wall 21b forming the recession; an inner ring 25 arranged integrally and rotatably with the pinion 5; a plurality of rolling members 27 arranged between the inner ring 25 and the outer ring 23; and a holding member 29 for holding the plurality of rolling members 27.
