PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound covering material which further accelerates healing of wound and prevents infection with antibacterial activity.SOLUTION: A visible light permeable wound covering material includes at least a hydrophilic polymer and a photocatalyst which is contained in the hydrophilic polymer and has an absorption maximum in visible light range.
