PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for drawing pictures and characters on oblate (a wafer) made of water soluble starch quality with aqueous food dye and sticking the wafer onto various foods to be enjoyed even visually.SOLUTION: Pictures and characters can be made into the pictures and characters stuck onto food when the pictures and characters are written with a food dye dissolved in water and dried while a wafer is kept flat by sticking the wafer on a soft plastic product.
