In an emulsion preparation performed by moving a mixed fluid from one syringe to the other syringe through a connector, provided is a technique for easily preparing a homogeneous emulsion drug without generation of air bubbles by preventing air from being introduced into a cylinder. A syringe pressing device comprises a fixing mechanism (20) for fixing two syringes (9) connected to each other by means of a connector (99) to a casing (10) and a pressing mechanism (40) for alternately pressing syringe plungers (91) of said two syringes (9). The pressing mechanism (40) is equipped with a plunger pressure measuring device for measuring the pressure for pressing the syringe plungers (91).
