PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate or reduce limitations of the prior art for the management of wounds of, particularly those of a small surface area below approximately 200 cm2 or of an internal volume below 1000 cm3 without sticking to the exclusive use of conventional absorbent dressings.SOLUTION: An apparatus is configured to apply a topical negative pressure treatment to a wound site (10).
