The processor is configured to output a first signal modulated according to at least one frequency by using the light-emitting device of the transmitting unit； receive the first signal by using the first receiving unit； receive a second signal, which is obtained when the first signal is reflected from at least a portion of the body of a user after a tissue-light interaction, by using the second receiving unit； identify biometric information of the user at least on the basis of first data based on the first signal and second data based on the second signal； and provide the biometric information to the user.
