The present invention relates to a medical fixing clip capable of simultaneously performing a fixing holder function of fixing a surgical tube such as an endo tube, an endoscope function, and a function of maintaining a state in which a mouth is opened by being inserted into the mouth of a patient according to necessity such as an airway securing and the like. According to the present invention, it is possible to firmly, stably and conveniently fix a position of a surgical tube by using a surgical tube fixing band, and to easily insert and separate the surgical tube. Also, it is possible not only to maintain a state in which a mouth of a patient is opened as it is so as to rapidly suck and discharge a foreign substance in the mouth of the patient, but also to remarkably reduce a pre-preparation time for an endoscopic inspection and surgery since the medical fixing clip has compatibility in a vertical direction. In addition, the medical fixing clip is stably attached to a face of the patient by a curved shape of a lip cover plate, and since a part of lips of the patient is inserted into a lip guide hole, a load pushing the lips of the patient for a long period of time is removed, thereby preventing the lips which are fragile skins from being stressed or inconvenience due to pressure on the lips, and preventing the lips from being swollen or cracked in advance. Furthermore, the medical fixing clip is made of a silicon material harmless to a human body, thereby not inducing stimulation to the lips at all.본 발명은 엔도 튜브와 같은 수술용 튜브를 고정하기 위한 고정홀더 기능과, 내시경 검사, 기도 확보 등의 필요에 따라 환자의 구강 내에 삽입되어 구강의 열린 상태를 유지하는 기능을 함께 수행할 수 있는 의료용 고정클립에 관한 것으로, 수술용 튜브 고정밴드를 이용하여 편리하고 안정적으로 수술용 튜브의 위치를 견고하게 고정할 수 있고, 수술용 튜브의 삽입과 분리가 용이하며, 환자의 구강이 열린 상태를 그대로 잘 유지하고 환자의 구강 내의 이물질을 신속하게 흡입 배출할 수 있음은 물론, 상하 방향으로 호환성을 갖기 때문에 내시경 검사 및 수술을 위한 사전준비 시간을 대폭 단축할 수 있고, 입술 커버 판의 곡면 형상에 의해서 환자의 안면에 안정적으로 밀착됨은 물론 입술 가이드 홀 안으로 환자의 입술 일부가 삽입되므로, 장시간 동안 환자의 입술을 누르는 하중을 없애서 연약한 피부인 입술이 스트레스를 받거나 입술 압박으로 인한 불편함을 주지 않으
