PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beauty treatment device capable of simultaneously providing a massage effect of pressing the skin and a massage effect of picking up the skin by just moving a device body in one direction.SOLUTION: The beauty treatment device includes: four rollers 17-20 for massage, disposed on four shafts 101 extending in a tapered inclination shape and rotating about the shafts 101. An interval between a pair of adjacent rollers 17 and 18, or 19 and 20 is narrower than an interval between a pair of rollers 17 and 19 or 18 and 20 that are adjacent in a direction crossing with the arrangement direction of the rollers 17 and 18, or 19 and 20.
