PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual management system that can prevent a situation in which ova, fertilized eggs, etc. of treatment objects are mixed up, and is suitable for the individual management of fertilized eggs or the like for freeze-preservation.SOLUTION: An individual management system is composed of a server 11 installed in an appropriate place in a facility, a plurality of personal computers 13, 21, identification code reading devices 14, 22, 34 used in an appropriate place in the facility, an identification code/IC tag reading device 47, a device, an apparatus, equipment, containers 41, 42, 43, 45 used for freeze-preserving a sample appropriately, identification codes/IC tags 43d, 45c attached to/mounted on at least the device, apparatus, equipment and containers.
