Electromagnetic water valves (17A-D) of a cold water tank (9) and a hot water tank (4), and a circulating pump (18A) are connected via connection tubes. Changing the operating state of the electromagnetic valves enables the apparatus to operate in one of seven operating states respectively: air-conditioning refrigeration, air-conditioning heating, water refrigeration, water heating, air-conditioning refrigeration + hot water, air-conditioning heating + cold water, and hydrotherapy machine. The temperatures for the air-conditioning refrigeration, air-conditioning heating, cold water, and hot water can be regulated separately, and this saves more electricity than in the case of a heat pump air-cooled water heater or a heat pump air conditioner.
