The patch type sensor module according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a base substrate with flexibility and permeability a chemical liquid layer including a functional material and disposed on one side of the base substrate a sensing unit for sensing a biological signal of a human body through a contact with the human body a control unit including at least one communication module for transmitting information obtained through the sensing unit and disposed on the other side of the base substrate and a power supply unit for supplying driving power to the control unit.
