The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring an electrical signal of a human body and, more particularly, to a signal measuring apparatus which includes an electrode head part which fixes an electrode on a lower side thereof, an electrode part which includes a sharp tip which is made of metal materials and measures the electrical signal of a part to be measured, a signal transmitting unit which is located on the upper side of the electrode head part and includes a connection terminal for transmitting the electrical signal measured through the electrode part to another device, and an attachment preventing unit which is attached on the lower side of the electrode head part with a cylindrical shape to prevent the electrode part from being closely attached on the measurement part.
