The invention discloses a preparation method for implantation-grade polyether ether ketone (PEEK). The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, filling weighed PEEK granule in a mould step 2, heating the mould and the PEEK therein to a molten state step 3: pressurizing the PEEK to 10 to 60MPa in the molten state step 4, cooling down the PEEK in the pressure state of step 3 to realize full crystallization of the PEEK, and keeping the molten duration of the PEEK less than or equal to 30 minutes and step 5, demoulding the cooled mould. Implantation-grade PEEK product processed by the preparation method has the advantages of complete crystallization, no degradation, high strength, high plasticity and no pollution.
