PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing result of a high-grade medical image process with a high degree of specialization securely and at high speed regardless of the size of the transfer rate of network.SOLUTION: An image storage part 12 stores data of medical images as processing objects of the medical image process. A client side transmission part 15 transmits data of the medical images through a large-area network. A transfer rate detection part 14 detects data transmission quantity of the large-area network per unit time. A client side control part 11 varies the data size of transmitted medical images in accordance with the detected data transmission quantity.
