The present invention relates to a composition of a nutrient solution for cultivation of vegetables containing saponin and, more specifically, relates to a composition of a nutrient solution for cultivation of vegetables containing saponin, wherein by mixing a red ginseng film which is a by-product of red ginseng and elvan in a general nutrient solution, when various vegetables are cultivated by using the same, vegetables containing an amount more than 11.0 mg/g of saponin higher than general content of the saponin contained in ginseng can be cultivated.
