The present invention relates to systems and methods for design and manufacturing anatomically matched patient alignment blocks ( 100, 1000 ) for referencing and aligning during an arthroplasty procedure. More specifically, the present invention relates to improved anatomically matched patient alignment blocks for use in arthroplasty procedure, a novel system for design and manufacturing of these blocks based upon patients anatomy.
