A new and distinct cultivar of Verbena plant named ‘；RIKAV44501’；, characterized by its outwardly spreading to mounding plant habit； vigorous growth habit； freely branching habit； dark green-colored leaves； freely flowering habit； relatively large dark red-colored flowers with light yellow green-colored “eyes” that are held above and beyond the foliar plane； and relative tolerance to Powdery Mildew (Podosphaera xanthii).
