PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a composition for a skin care preparation for external use that permits stable micronization of a sparingly soluble ultraviolet-absorbing agent and incorporation thereof as a stable nano-emulsion into a skin care preparation for external use.SOLUTION: Excellent stability and serviceability are attained, when an oily component (a liquid ultraviolet-absorbing agent solution containing a sparingly soluble ultraviolet-absorbing agent) is dispersed as a fine emulsion in an aqueous phase, by incorporating one or two or more surfactants as a constituent of the emulsion and further compounding one or two or more polyols in a specific ratio. The fine emulsion composition comprises the following components (A)-(D) as essential ingredients and has an average particle size of 350 nm or less: (A) an ultraviolet-absorbing agent, (B) a surfactant not containing a polyoxyethylene-type surfactant, (C) polyols, and (D) water.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】難溶性紫外線吸収剤を皮膚外用剤中に安定に微細化し、安定なナノエマルションとして配合できる皮膚外用剤用組成物を調製することを課題とした。【解決手段】 前記目的を達成するために、水相中に油分(難溶性紫外線吸収剤を含む液状紫外線吸収剤溶液)を微細エマルションとして分散させる際、該エマルションの構成に界面活性剤1種または2種以上を用い、さらに特定比率のポリオール1種または2種以上を配合することにより、優れた安定性、使用性が得られることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。すなわち、次の成分(A)~(D)を必須成分として含有することを特徴とする平均粒子径350nm以下の微細エマルション組成物。(A)紫外線吸収剤(B)ポリオキシエチレン型界面活性剤を含まない界面活性剤(C)ポリオール類(D)水【選択図】なし
