A first aspect of the present invention relates to a method for preparing cell targeting conjugates by coupling at least one functional moiety, such as a therapeutic compound, diagnostic compound or chelating agent to a targeting moiety. A second aspect of the present invention relates to the cell targeting conjugates obtainable with said method. A third aspect of the present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said cell targeting conjugates.Dans un premier aspect, la présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de conjugués de ciblage cellulaire par couplage d'au moins une partie fonctionnelle, comme un composé thérapeutique, un composé diagnostique ou un agent de chélation, à une partie de ciblage.
