PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical formulation using a twin screw wet granulator which has a multiplicity of use and is suitable for production of high quality tablets (not only having sufficient tablet hardness for use, but also having good dissolution property).SOLUTION: The invention provides (A) a granule comprising compositions of (a) an active ingredient, (b) a water-soluble excipient, (c) crystalline cellulose, and (d) polyvinyl alcohol.
