PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collection technique for improving HDP onset prediction accuracy.SOLUTION: One embodiment of the invention relates to a data collection apparatus comprising: a data acquisition function for acquiring data related to a pregnant woman from each of plural data source devices an HDP onset prediction function for executing HDP onset prediction of the pregnant woman from the pieces of data acquired based on an HDP onset prediction model and a result notification function for notifying of a result of the HDP onset prediction.
