The present invention provides a wearable band device for bio-signal measurement. The device includes a sensor body part having a first bio-signal sensor； and a band which has one end fixed to the sensor body part and the other end having a first binding groove that is inserted into and detached from the sensor body part. The sensor body part includes a band coupling part which is disposed in the sensor body part and has a second binding groove coupled to the first binding groove； and a pair of pushing parts which are arranged to face each other at both sides of the sensor body part and move the band coupling part to additionally insert the other end of the band into the sensor body part to tighten the band.
