The present invention relates to a unit for sterilizing having antimicrobial activities by using an LED, and more specifically, to a unit for sterilizing, which comprises: a case； an LED module having at least one purple LED with the wavelength in the range of 395-420 nm, arranged on the front surface part of the case； and a power supply unit for supplying power to the LED module. Accordingly, the unit can be arranged by the number of ultraviolet, blue, and infrared LEDs, or an output ratio of the same, with respect to the purpose of the use and the uses of the unit.
