This invention relates to an instrument introducing device, which comprises a casing, a sealing member, a protective member, a fixing cover, and a clamp. The sealing member is made of elastic material to have flexibility and to be installed and positioned inside the casing. The sealing member includes a straight cylinder body located in a chamber of the casing and an inner annular groove. The protective member is installed in the sealing member and includes a top protruding ring inserted and placed in the inner annular groove, and the hardness of the protective member is greater than that of the sealing member. The fixing cover is placed to cover the top part of the casing and to position the sealing member. The clamp is sleeved and clamped outside the straight cylinder body of the sealing member so that the sealing member is bound to the protective member. The hardness of the clamp is greater than or equal to that of the protective member and the inner diameter of the clamp is smaller than the outer diameter of the straight cylinder body.
