The present invention relates to a medical laser with deep skin imaging system and method thereof. The system includes a self-interference module, a light module, a spatial filter module, a beam splitter module, an image sensing module and a laser module, wherein the self-interference module includes a focusing lens, a reference plate mirror and a self-interference objective lens. The FF-OCT of the system is that the self-interference objective lens is integrated with the focusing lens and the reference plate mirror in order to achieve interference function generated by a reference arm of a traditional FF-OCT. Therefore, the reference arm can be omitted.
