PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unintended deformation of a drainage hose connected to the lower drainage port of a medical pouch, and to easily adjust the length of the drainage hose.SOLUTION: The drainage hose 3 connected to the lower drainage port of the medical pouch includes: a mounting part 31 connected to the lower drainage port an extendable part 32 of an accordion type and a drainage part 33. In the drainage hose 3, a contracted state is held when the extendable part 32 is contracted, and an expanded state is held when the extendable part 32 is expanded. Thus, when the drainage hose 3 before use is stored in a disposable medical device set, the drainage hose 3 is not required to be wound in a circular pattern so that the difficulty putting the drainage hose 3 back to a straight shape due to the winding deformation or the like of the drainage hose 3 is eliminated. In addition, the drainage hose 3 is prevented from being crushed by a load applied thereto when being conveyed. In this manner, the unintended deformation of the drainage hose 3 can be prevented. When the drainage hose 3 is used, the length of the drainage hose 3 can also be easily adjusted.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】医療用パウチの下部排液口に接続される排液ホースの意図しない変形を防止するとともに排液ホースの長さを容易に調節する。【解決手段】医療用パウチの下部排液口に接続される排液ホース3は、下部排液口に取り付けられる取付部31、蛇腹式の伸縮部32、および、排出部33を備える。排液ホース3では、伸縮部32を収縮した場合に収縮状態が維持され、伸縮部32を伸張した場合に伸張状態が維持される。このため、使用前の排液ホース3を、使い捨て医療機器セットに収容する際に排液ホース3を環状に巻く必要がないため、排液ホース3に巻き癖等がついて直線状に戻らなくなってしまうことが防止される。また、搬送時等に加わる荷重により排液ホース3が押し潰されてしまうことも防止される。このように、意図しない排液ホース3の変形を防止することができる。排液ホース3の使用時には、排液ホース3の長さを容易に調節することもできる。【選択図】図3
