PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide body that enables efficient light irradiation.SOLUTION: A light guide body comprises: a curved part 2 having a bowl shape as a whole, and provided with a truncated conical first hole 6 at the center of the bowl shape and a light incident part 3 optically coupled to the bottom of the curved part. The curved part has a reflection surface SA defining the bowl shape, and a first emission surface SB. The first hole has a truncated conical shape whose cross-sectional area becomes larger from the reflection surface to the first emission surface. The curved part has a truncated conical part 8 disposed inside the first hole. The truncated conical part 8 has a truncated conical second hole 7 whose cross-sectional area becomes smaller from the reflection surface toward the first emission surface. The first emission surface comprises a plurality of first inclined structures 18.
