The stapler uses a method of stitching tissues by introducing or drawing into the joined tissues a quick-hardening biocompatible mass (hereinafter “mass”) through hollow needles. The device has a housing (1) with tissue compressing jaws (2 and 3) with control handles (5, 14). In one of the jaws there is a needle holder (19) with a mechanism for its movement (17) in both directions. In the needle holder above the needles (18) there is a container with a mass (25, 28) connected to the mouths of the needles through a shutter (33). Above the container is a mechanism that squeezes the mass out of the container: an inflatable balloon (29) communicating with an external source of increased pressure (31), a rod or retainer plate (59) with a device that fixes it to the walls of the sponge (3) or the case (1) of the device at the time of the beginning of the withdrawal of needles from the tissues. When lifting the needles, the mass container is pressed against the fixed locking plate and the mass evenly enters the tissue.
