A method and apparatus for determining a gazing point based on an eye movement analysis device. The method comprises: acquiring data information of a first area and a second area of eyes； determining gazing point data according to the data information of the first area and the second area, wherein the gazing point data comprises: a pre-set gazing point, gazing point information corresponding to the first area, and gazing point information corresponding to the second area； sending the gazing point data to a terminal； and the terminal receiving the gazing point data and determining, according to the gazing point data, position information of the pre-set gazing point on a display screen.本發明提供了一種基於眼動分析設備的確定注視點的方法和裝置。其中，前述方法包含：獲取眼部的第一區域和第二區域的數據資訊；根據第一區域和第二區域的數據資訊，確定注視點數據，其中，注視點數據包含：第一區域所對應的注視點資訊、第二區域所對應的注視點資訊以及預設注視點；發送注視點數據至終端；以及終端接收注視點數據以及根據注視點數據確定預設注視點在顯示幕上的位置資訊。本發明解決了當雙眼的視差較大時，眼動分析設備無法準確獲取注視點在螢幕上的位置的技術問題。
