PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the problem in which: various means are taken to prevent roots from rotting in hydroponics, but most of them consume electric power methods unnecessary for electric power require high cost and labor and a bag-type hydroponic kit is developed prior to the present invention, but the bag-type hydroponic kit cannot be installed on the ground.SOLUTION: In the present invention, nutrition can be given to roots to grow vegetables while preventing the roots from rotting by filling a container having little gas permeability with nutritious solution at the depth of 20 to 80% of the container height, immersing a towel made of microfiber, and using the towel as a carrier for the roots of the vegetables. A kit using a method can be installed on the ground outdoors, does not use electric power, and enables hydroponics for the vegetables at such a low cost as six yen or less per plant which cannot be achieved so far.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来、水耕栽培を行うためには根腐れを防ぐために様々な手段が採られてきたが、そのほとんどは電力を消費するものであった。また、電力を消費しない方式であっても、高価であったり、手間を要するものであった。また、本発明に先立ってバッグ式の水耕栽培キットを開発していたが、バッグ方式では地面に設置できない問題点があった。【解決手段】本発明ではガス透過性の少ない容器内に、容器の高さに対して2~8割の深さで養液を充填し、マイクロファイバー繊維のタオルを浸漬し、そのタオルを野菜の根の担体とすることで、根腐れを防ぎつつ養分を根に与え、野菜を生育させることができる。本方法を用いたキットは野外の地面に設置可能であり、電力を用いず、従来では達成できなかった1株6円以下という低コストで野菜を水耕栽培することができる。【選択図】図1
