PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester capable of not only suppressing grain loss, but also performing threshing treatment while avoiding clogging of threshed grains and an increase in threshing load.SOLUTION: A combine harvester has a spiral blade 32 at a front part of a threshing cylinder 21, and also includes a raking part 30 for raking grain culms on a rear part side of the threshing cylinder 21 by rotating the spiral blade 32. The combine harvester includes a threshing treatment part 40 on a rear side of the raking part 30 in the threshing cylinder 21.
