PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cell sheet for transplantation by which the cell sheet for transplantation is efficiently produced, to provide the cell sheet for transplantation produced by the method for production, and to provide a method for treating a damaged site with high treating effects.SOLUTION: There are provided: the method for producing the cell sheet for transplantation including separating a cell from an adipose tissue in the back part, culturing the separated cell in &alpha-MEM (alpha modified Eagles Minimum Essential Medium), and forming a sheet-like cultured product containing a stem cell derived from the adipose tissue the cell sheet for transplantation produced by the method for production and the method for treating using the cell sheet for transplantation containing the stem cell derived from the adipose tissue.
