The absorbent article of the present invention comprises: a sheet unit absorbing secretion； and a terminal unit installed on the outer surface of the sheet unit and generating a sensing signal of sensing the secretion. A conductive pattern through which the sensing signal can be transmitted is formed on the sheet unit. The terminal unit is installed at the center of the outer surface of the sheet unit.
