The present invention relates to a receiver circuit in a single chip form for an ultrasonic wave image device capable of being simply carried by forming a receiver circuit used to increase a signal to noise ratio of an output image in the ultrasonic wave image device as a single chip. The receiver circuit in a single chip form for the ultrasonic wave image device according to the present invention can form the receiver circuit including a preprocessing amplifier, a variable gain amplifier, an ADC, a beam former, a definition table, etc. as a single chip by greatly reducing the size of the definition table, wherein the definition table is necessary for the receiver circuit of the ultrasonic wave image device. Therefore, a small and lightweight ultrasonic wave image device for emergency and portableness can be easily manufactured. The receiver circuit comprises: a receiver first degree circuit block； and a digital beam former.본 발명은 초음파 영상기기에서 출력영상의 신호대잡음비를 높이기 위해 사용하는 수신단회로를 단일 칩 형태로 구현하여 휴대가 간편하도록 한 단일칩 형태의 초음파 영상기기용 수신단회로에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 단일칩 형태의 초음파 영상기기용 수신단회로에 의하면 초음파 영상기기의 수신단 회로에 필요한 정의표의 크기를 크게 줄임으로써, 전처리증폭기, 가변이득증폭기, ADC, 빔포머와 정의표 등을 포함하는 상기 수신단 회로를 단일 칩 형태로 구현가능하게 하여 소형 경량의 응급용 및 휴대용 초음파 영상기기의 제작을 용이하게 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
