An agricultural vehicle (10) including a fluid cooling system (80) for cooling a component onboard the agricultural vehicle (10). The fluid cooling system (80) including a housing (72) with an air screen (78), and a cooling unit (74) arranged within the housing (72), the cooling unit (74) having a cooling fan (82) with a rotational speed, and an aspiration system (92). The aspiration system (92) being configured to clean debris from the air screen (78), and includes a wand (88), a suck-off fan (96) and a controller (94). The wand (88) and the air screen (78) are arranged to move such that the wand (88), over a period of time, covers a substantial portion of the air screen (78). The suck-off fan (96) suck air from the wand (88) and has a rotational speed. The controller (94) is in communication with the suck-off fan (96) and the cooling fan (82), and is configured to coordinate an increase in the speed of the suck-off fan (96) when the speed of the cooling fan (82) decreases.
