PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computer tomography apparatus capable of reducing adverse effects generated at the X-ray CT apparatus which serves for both lying position radiographing and at least either standing or sitting position radiographing and to provide a frame device.SOLUTION: The X-ray computer tomography apparatus includes a frame and a post. The frame has a first frame air intake port for taking air inside in a first state and a second frame air intake port for taking air inside in a second state.
