PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mulch rice transplanter capable of preventing an operator from lifting a planting work machine by mistake before cutting a fed-out sheet when the mulch rice transplanter reaches a field end.SOLUTION: A mulch rice transplanter includes: a work machine operation tool operating a planting work machine to be lifted/lowered travel distance measurement means measuring a travel distance based on a rotation amount of a wheel cutting means 15 capable of cutting a fed-out sheet from a roll-shaped sheet and cutting detection means 46f detecting cutting by the cutting means 15. When a travel machine body travels in a predetermined distance or more while feeding out a sheet, lifting operation by the work machine operation tool is restricted.
