The present invention relates to a device for partially pulling joints and, more specifically, a device for partially pulling joints, including an upper body pulling part which has a belt to fix the head, breast or waist and is installed on one end part of a supporting rack a lower body pulling part which has a belt and an ankle fixing part to fix the waist and an ankle part and is installed on the other end part of the supporting rack and a grip part which is installed in a rack part of the upper and lower pulling part to control the connection and release of a nut part for a screw wherein the device has the grip part, which is controlled and accordingly enables the nut part to be connected to or released from the screw, thereby controlling an area which a user desires to use when the upper body pulling part and lower body pulling part are manually used.
